Island Wellness Massage
The most simple form of massage that relies on the skill of the therapist to personalise your treatment, so that you feel either revitalised, relaxed or restored. You choose how many minutes and drift off… while we do the rest.
Hot Stone Massage
Your tensions melt with this deeply relaxing massage. The volcanic stones retain heat, which means that the weight and warmth of the stones will soften and release tightness in your muscles, allowing your mind to just let go.

This is one of the oldest forms of natural medicine that uses the feet to treat physiological imbalances, restoring general heath and wellness to the whole body. In reflexology every organ, gland and structure in the body can be mapped out on the soles of the feet or the palms of the hands. These specific areas are known as reflex points and when stimulated with applied pressure techniques, the reflex is able to affect its corresponding organ, gland or structure restoring an uninhibited flow of energy to optimise healing. A relaxing and grounding treatment.
Indian Head Massage
This is a form of massage therapy created in India thousands of years ago. It is derived from Ayurvedic tradition which aims to clear ‘blocks’ in energy channels, releasing tension in the shoulders, neck and scalp whilst allowing the mind to let go. No oil is used, just the skill of the therapist’s hands and touch.
