The Bay Bistro is open for breakfast everyday from 8.00am – 10am and then from 12.00 – 14.30 for lunch. We serve tea, coffee and a selection of delicious homemade cakes from 7.30am – 6.00pm.
We believe that you should feel good about the food you eat. Reflecting our passion for wellness, The Bay Bistro offers healthy, nutritious and super delicious food and drink. We support local farmers and growers and use fresh, seasonal, organic produce wherever we can.
Our team have created a menu featuring fresh, healthy and delicious dishes, as well as an exciting schedule of events and pop up food evenings. Our team love working with local and seasonal ingredients to create new dishes.
Unwind from a class with a fresh detox juice or coffee or stay a little longer and enjoy a meal with friends. If you are in a rush, all of our food is available to take away and enjoy back at home or at work.

Everyone loves a Sunday roast! Now, every Sunday between 12.30 – 2.30pm we’re hosting Sunday lunch at The Bay. You can expect a delicious menu of freshly prepared local and seasonal dishes. So gather your friends and family and enjoy a hearty home-made roast with us each Sunday, without the washing up!
Relax with friends and family whilst enjoying a cream tea or full afternoon tea and embrace the opportunity to spend precious time with your favourite people!
