As a qualified FA Level 2 football coach, I can also be found leading the way in our weekly football fun sessions.”

Stan Holloway - Personal Trainer & Spinning Instructor“I love all things fitness and alongside Personal Training I also teach weekly Tae Kwon Do classes as well as Spinning, Kettlebells, Combat, Cross-Training and Aqua-Fit.  Although I’m hugely dedicated to my training and the sport of Triathlon, my biggest passion is mountain biking.  I can be spotted out most weeks on my mountain bike and believe that nothing beats the freedom and exhilaration you get from mountain biking, particularly when it’s wet!  For me, it’s a case of ‘the muddier, the better!  As a qualified Trail Leader, one of my favourite activities is to take our guests out on guided bike rides – it really is the best way to discover the Island and there is some pretty challenging terrain to keep thing interesting!”

“After completing a BA Honours Degree in Dance & Performance in 2007, I embarked on a professional dance career performing both in the UK and abroad in hotels, theatres and holiday resorts. During this time I also shared my love of over twenty years of dancing through teaching to children and adults of all ages in a range of dance styles. In 2014 I changed my focus to fitness & gym instruction, where I am now not only qualified as a Level 3 PT Instructor but continue to instruct various dance classes but am also qualified in instructing Zumba, Aqua gym, studio weights, step aerobics, circuits, spinning and PiYo.”
