New total body workouts!

If you are looking for a challenging workout then why not give some of our new full body workout classes a try? Take a look below to discover more about these classes which will work your entire body from top-to-toe!

Total Body Workout: This class is a full body conditioning and strength workout used to target every muscle group in the body. This class will help to firm, shape and define your body and will involve exercises to improve endurance and strength. Join Fran Sundays at 8am.

Box Fit: Box Fit is a high-intensity exercise class that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. The emphasis is on knocking your body into shape, not knocking anyone out. It’s an all over body workout which creates results….fast! Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve boxing aerobics, skipping, hitting pads, shuttle-runs and much more.  As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout. Join Hannah Sundays at 9am.

Full Body Burnout: This class is a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of cardio and toning exercises. HIIT and strength exercises are predominately used to get your heart racing. Using the right equipment such as free weights or simply using your body weight as resistance, you can improve your overall health while increasing muscle and bone strength. This class is suitable for Intermediates and NOT for beginners. Join Fran at 6pm on Mondays.

Stretch and strengthen: A full body strength and core conditioning class utilising a variety of body weight exercises and exercise equipment. This class will target every muscle group while encouraging, and maintaining, proper posture and technique followed by a complete body stretch. Suitable for participants of all levels. Join Hannah Wednesdays at 7pm.

Strength training circuits: This class focuses on building and developing muscular strength, within these sessions a range of strength equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, free weights and body weight exercises will be included. Both intervals and repetitions will be used within these sessions to help keep participants motivated, and every session will be different. Within this class you will be taught the correct techniques to lift weights safely and effectively. Strength training can help boost your metabolism (which means burning more calories when at rest), improve flexibility and help improve muscle definition.Join Fran Tuesdays at 6pm

Full body boot-camp: This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. There will be between 4-5 different workouts included in each session, often this will involve team or partner workouts, helping to keep you motivated throughout the session. Minimal rest will be included within the sessions to keep your heart rate elevated and intensity high. This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced individuals. Join Fran Thursdays at 6.50pm.

Power Sculpt: This barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast.  Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Join Andy Wednesdays at 8am.
