Mix up your routine

Has Adam Peaty’s Olympic gold medal inspired you to get fit in the pool? Mix up your fitness routine with Aqua Zumba and Aqua Jam. Set to music with a Jamaican twist, Aqua Jam is a low impact workout that will help you burn calories, tone up and strengthen muscles. Or if you’re looking for an invigorating workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and great fun, give Aqua Zumba a try. Find out more about both classes here.

Friday nights at the Clubhouse just got even more delicious! Clubhouse Manager Nathalie’s homemade burgers are going down a storm. This week we’re serving up Mottistone Farm beef and lamb burgers – perfect on a summer evening paired with an Isle of Wight beer. There’s a freshly made burger for veggies too.
