Raw beetroot might not be on the top of your juice ingredient wish list, but it is unbelievably good for you. When you juice raw beetroot it gives a gorgeous deep red colour and the taste is surprisingly sweet. This juice will give you a steady supply of nature’s fuel to give you an energy boost and is also superb for cleansing the liver, kidneys and bloodstream!
- ½ beetroot (raw)
- 2 small parsnips (unpeeled)
- 2 carrots
- 1 radish
- 1 small handful of crushed ice
